Título en inglés: National Aviation and Space Security Strategy
Abstract.
This document sets forth the National Air and Space Security Strategy, which is of great importance for the security of the nation's airspace and outer space, and whose concepts are extensively described and developed in this document, based on the reference proposed in the Multidimensional National Security Strategy (2018-2028). In this direction, some objectives and lines of action are proposed, which of course seek to comply with the purposes established in the present strategy.
The proposed National Air and Space Security Strategy is organized in five chapters. The first one, entitled “Background”, describes the normative and historical background of aerospace security, which has as a common element the evolution as wars developed, since military action generated interest and alternatives to enrich and strengthen all space tools. In this way, it is shown how the concern for the regulation of this type of military strategy was born and how International Law set its sights on this field, directing the normative route through which the States would establish their faculties over the airspace with a set of limits and freedoms in the exercise of their sovereignty.
